Policies

SHIPPING:
We ship to all states UPS Ground, nationwide for free. Expect your package in 5 to 7 business days.
If you'd like to receive your package overnight or expedited (1-2) days, we also provide that option when you are checking out. Fees are based upon order/location and calculated by UPS directly.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at iconistclothing@gmail.com,
address: 530 Hallaron Springs Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89148.

REFUNDS:

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition to our warehouse in Las Vegas within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any clothing returned to Iconist must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
